Youth Opportunity Foundation announces the 2019 Megan Ward Scholarship Program. Under the program, qualified applicants will be awarded grants to fund post-secondary education and training through accredited colleges, universities or vocational training programs. These grants will provide successful applicants the opportunity of higher education, aiding their journey towards success and independence.
